Welcome to Eagle Emblem Notary Services ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website https://bit.ly/eagleemblemnotary and booking our notarial or related services, you ("client" or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling or paying for any service.

1. Scope of Services

Eagle Emblem Notary Services provides mobile notary services and other authorized notarial acts in compliance with Florida state law. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or representation. Our role is limited to verifying identities, witnessing signatures, and notarizing documents in accordance with applicable notarial laws.

2. Fees and Payment Terms

TRAVEL FEES

Travel Fees start at $15.00 for Lake and Sumter County. Travel fees are separate from notary fees and are calculated from the address of 600 E. Dixie Ave., Leesburg, FL 34748.

15-20 Miles - $30

20-25 Miles - $35

All fees are based on the type of notarial service, travel distance, and scheduling requirements.
Fees are communicated at the time of booking and must be paid in full prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be made via accepted payment methods listed on our website or invoice.

Additional fees (e.g., travel fees or facility visitation fees) may apply and will be disclosed prior to service.

3. Scheduling

Appointments are available by advance booking. Clients may schedule services through our website, by phone, or via email confirmation. Availability is subject to confirmation. Same-day or urgent requests are accommodated when possible but not guaranteed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate information and valid identification for all signers. The ID must be current and include a clear photograph.

Florida driver's license or state-issued ID
U.S. passport
U.S. military ID
Foreign passport with a stamp from the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services
Driver's license or ID card issued by another U.S. state, territory, Canada, or Mexico
Permanent resident card (green card) issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Veteran Health Identification Card issued by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
Ensure all documents are complete and ready for notarization prior to the appointment, but not signed (notaries cannot prepare or edit documents).

Have all required parties present at the scheduled appointment time if your document requires witnesses.

Ensure the signing location is safe, lawful, and suitable for conducting notarial acts.

5. Limitation of Liability

Eagle Emblem Notary Services and its representatives are not responsible for:

The legal validity or content of documents presented for notarization.
Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all client information. Any personal or document-related information obtained during notarial services is kept secure and used solely for the purpose of completing the requested notarization, in compliance with applicable privacy and recordkeeping laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Eagle Emblem Notary Services and the client regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether oral or written.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Completed Services: All completed notarial services are non-refundable. Once a notarization has been performed, the fee is earned and cannot be refunded.

Cancellations by Client: Clients may cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations by Eagle Emblem Notary Services: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or noncompliance with Florida notarial laws. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of any prepaid amount.
